What's included in my membership?
You get access to 3 in depth modules that we study together week to week (starting in February). There are also monthly zoom calls, and a private Facebook group. As a bonus, you also receive access to all the other courses in the academy, PLUS any new courses that are created during the course of the year. (over $7,000US worth of value).

What is the time commitment on a weekly basis?
The actual creative core curriculum will take you around 1 hour per week of study, then once a month, there will be the live group zoom call. The other courses you can study at your leisure.

Is it wise to complete it while working full time? As in, is it a big commitment?
You absolutely can complete the school whilst working full time. Most people are working full time or in full time ministry who do the course. As it’s only around an hour per week, it's completely doable to study and work at the same time.

What resources (e.g. account, stationery, etc.) would I need?
For the zoom call, all you need is a computer, or your phone. With your phone, you will need to download the zoom app (it’s free). With a computer, you will receive a link every month.You will be able to see and hear Roma and all the other students. You will want to take notes either in a real notebook or on your computer. There will be downloads also for you to read, or if you prefer, you can print them off.

Up to what date would all of the resources you are offering be available?
All the courses at HeartSong Creative Academy are available for all of 2020. However for the 3 creative core modules you complete you will have lifetime access.

Do I receive anything in the mail when I join?
No, it is entirely online.

When will the zoom calls be?
Generally we do them in the evening on a weeknight for those in Australia. (i.e. 7pm on a Monday night as an example). Once membership is closed, our team will check with all the students which night will suit best. We can only work this out once registrations have closed. If you are signing up from another country, we will have a separate zoom call for you at a time that is better suited to you, or you may find that our Australian call works.

What if I can't make a zoom call?
If you can't make a zoom call, don't worry they will all be recorded so you can watch at your leisure. You can also submit any questions prior to our call.

What dates would the course commence and conclude?
Once you register, the courses open up immediately to you, but the actual creative core modules will begin in February (first week). Then the second week of February is when we would begin our zoom calls. Once registrations close, that is when the fun begins in sending all the dates for when all these events will happen :)

How long do I have access to the 3 Creative Core modules for?
You will have access to the 3 Creative Core Modules forever! (Which includes updates from time to time.) For the rest of the school (the other online courses that are created during the year and the current online courses you receive as a bonus), you will have access for all of 2020.

Up to what date is this offer available?
The offer will end at the end of January 2020. It is only offered once a year. So once January is up, it will not be open until 2021. If you purchase now, you will have access immediately to all the other training in the academy, so you can look at the other courses while waiting for the Creative Core Modules to start.

Why should I become a member today instead of waiting?
We only offer this membership once a year. Once January ends, you will not be able to access this offer. It's time for you to take action. Simple as that. Why is the course in US Dollars?
With many thousands of students in overseas countries. US dollars was the most common form of currency which is why we bill in US dollars.

I live in Australia, what would the cost be in Australian dollars?
If you are signing up from Australia, with current exchange rates $59US a month = will be in the range of $80-85AUS or $980-985 a year.

What happens if I don't enjoy the academy?
We know you will LOVE the academy, however, if for whatever reason you're not 100% satisfied in any way you can cancel your subscription at any time (no questions asked). We want you to succeed, and know that if you become a member of HeartSong Creative Academy and really put your heart and soul into it… you will see amazing results!

What happens if I decide to cancel my membership during the course of the year?
ou are not locked in to any contract and you can cancel anytime. You can just email our office within the portal contact link and we will cancel your membership for you. Simple as that. We would love you to stick around, but we know that life can have many twists and turns, so if you cancel your membership we will be sad to see you go! Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to any of the training on the site, the private facebook group or zoom calls. And....we will miss you!

Is all of the content available straight away or is it time released?
You get access to everything already inside the Academy straight away! No waiting for content to be released to you, just jump in and start making use of the training straight away. We regularly update and add new material too - so your content library will continue growing. We just ask you don't start the 3 creative core modules until February - we prefer to do those all together as a group - there is more info on what those modules are once you sign up.
